a) Course access is for personal, non-commercial use only.
b) Access is granted solely to the individual purchaser. Sharing login credentials or course materials is strictly prohibited and will result in course and site use termination
2. Pre-Contract Information
Before placing an order, we provide the following:

- Total price (including VAT, if applicable) and any additional charges
- Accepted payment methods and delivery/access arrangements
- Your right to cancel and how to exercise it

3. Intellectual Property and Copyright
a) All content on this website — including videos, text, graphics, and downloadable materials — is the intellectual property of the FDTC and protected by UK copyright law.
b) You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any part of the Courses without our written consent.
c) Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
We comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015.
a. Cooling-Off Period
a) You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed or downloaded any part of the Course.
b) If you access or download the Course within this period, you waive your right to cancel.
b. Faulty Content
a) If the Course is defective or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
b) After 30 days, we may offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund.
c. How to Cancel
a) To cancel, email us at alexander@thefdtc.com with your order details including the name used to register for the course as well as the course title
b) Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval.
5. Digital Content and Streaming
a) By purchasing a Course, you gain immediate access to the purchased Course. You acknowledge that once video has commenced streaming or materials have been downloaded from the Course then you waive your rights to cancel within the 14 day period.
b) This consent is confirmed at checkout before download or streaming begins.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share, resell, or redistribute any Course materials
- Use the Courses for commercial training without a separate licence
- Circumvent access restrictions or misuse the website
Any of the above actions will result in immediate removal of site access and potential legal proceedings.
7. Delivery of Digital Content
a) Access to Courses is granted immediately upon successful payment.
b) If access is delayed beyond 24 hours, please contact us.
9. Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Course or feature. If a purchased Course is permanently removed, you may be eligible for a refund or partial refund at the discretion of the owners and operators of the Website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
